RFT, Exempt                                                                                                  8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

                                                                                                                           Monday - Friday

Position Summary

Develops and executes appropriate internal audit procedures and programs to determine effectiveness and compliance with CAP accounting procedures and practices. Monitors grant activities to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and grant contract agreements. Participates in CAP general accounting activities and maintains CAP accounting procedures manual.

 

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.

 

Experience Requirements

2-4 years of successful experience in auditing, with governmental grant management preferred; or the equivalent

combination of education and experience.

 

Physical Requirements

Physically able to bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, stand, walk and lift up to 20 pounds; sit for extended periods of time; have good visual acuity with corrective lenses and good hearing capabilities. Possess a valid Kentucky driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.

 

Working Conditions

Normal office environment with moderate noise level due to office equipment.
